全科规范化培训医师科研培训现状与需求调查

摘    要:2019年4月,对四川大学华西医院全科规范化培训(简称“规培”)医师进行问卷调查,调查内容包括规培医师的基本情况、科研培训现状、科研培训需求。共发放问卷177份,回收有效问卷164份,有效回收率92.6%。分别有52名(31.7%)及31名(18.9%)规培医师参加过临床科研项目课题及临床科研相关培训,仅10名(6.1%)以第一作者发表过学术论文。大部分规培医师认为参加科研项目培训很有必要,有126名(76.8%)认为需要开展统计分析与医学文献检索知识培训,有122名(74.4%)认为需要开展临床科研设计、数据收集与管理、论文撰写与发表、医学科研英语知识培训,有121名(73.8%)认为需要开展期刊选择与投稿知识培训。研究生及非研究生规培医师对不同科研课程培训的需求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高、低年级规培医师仅临床科研设计课程的需求度存在差异84.9%(45/53)比69.4%(77/111),χ2=4.55,P<0.05]。全科规培医师科研能力薄弱,可从改进全科规范化培训模式、导师指导科研工作、开展互联网教育、制定激励机制等方面提升全科规培医师的科研能力。

Abstract:A questionnaire survey was conducted among general practice residents receiving standardized training in West China Hospital of Sichuan University in April 2019.The contents of the survey included the basic information of general practitioners,the status quo and needs of research training.Totally 177 questionnaires were collected and 164 were valid with an effective response rate of 92.6%.The survey showed that 52 trainees(31.7%)had participated in clinical research projects and 31 trainees(18.9%)had received research training;only 10 trainees(6.1%)had published papers as the first author.The survey also showed that most of the general practitioners thought that it was necessary to participate in research training,126 trainees(76.8%)thought that it was necessary to study statistical analysis and medical literature retrieval,122 trainees(74.4%)thought that it was necessary to study clinical research design,data collection and management,paper writing and publication,and medical English,121 trainees(73.8%)thought that it was necessary to study journal selection and submission.There is no statistically significant difference in the training needs of different scientific research courses between general practitioners who completed residency training and those who did not complete the training(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the training needs of scientific research courses between senior and junior residents84.9%(45/53)vs.69.4%(77/111),χ2=4.55,P<0.05].The survey indicates that currently the research ability of general practice residents is weak,and it can be improved by modifying the training curriculum,developing internet education,mentor-guiding research and implementing incentive mechanisms.
