火针联合重组干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗扁平疣的临床疗效观察

目的:观察火针联合重组干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将60例扁平疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予重组干扰素α-2b凝胶局部外擦,2次/d,1周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程;治疗组用火针联合重组干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,火针1次之后,给予重组干扰素α-2b凝胶外擦,2次/d,1周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程,观察两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义,P0.05。结论:火针联合重组干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗扁平疣疗效显著,临床操作简单,愈合较快,可广泛运用于临床。
