蒿甲醚胶丸联合糖皮质激素治疗VKH综合征25例临床观察

目的:探讨蒿甲醚胶丸联合糖皮质激素治疗VKH综合征葡萄膜炎的有效性和安全性。方法:病例回顾性研究,收集25例(50只眼)VKH综合征患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受蒿甲醚胶丸联合糖皮质激素治疗。治疗前及治疗后每1个月随访1次,进行眼部检查和用药不良反应监测。记录矫正视力、炎症情况、眼部并发症及药物不良反应。结果:蒿甲醚胶丸联合糖皮质激素可有效控制葡萄膜炎症,减少眼病并发症,提高矫正视力,延长复发时间;同时全身药物反应较轻。结论:蒿甲醚胶丸联合糖皮质激素治疗VKH综合征安全、有效。

Artemether Soft Capsule combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of VKH syndrome: clinical observation of 25 cases

Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of artemether soft capsule combined with glucocorticoid in patients with VKH uveitis. Methods: 25 Cases (50 eyes) were retrospectively studied and the literature reviewed. All patients were treated by artemether soft capsules combined with glucocorticoid therapy. The patients were examined before the initiation and were followed up once every 1 month after the therapy. Eye examination and adverse drug reaction were monitored. The corrected visual acuity, inflammation score, ocular complications and side effects of drugs were recorded. Results: The use of artemether soft capsule combined with glucocorticoid was effective for the control of intraocular inflammation in patients with VKH uveitis, could reduce eye disease complications, improve the corrected visual acuity, and prolong recurrence time. At the same time, systemic drug reaction was mild. Conclusion: Artemether soft capsule combined with glucocorticoid is safe and effective in the treatment of VKH uveitis.
