| 摘 要： | 目的观察2型糖尿病患者不同血糖水平的胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能。方法167例患者分3组行口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）,检测血糖和胰岛素,按HOMA模型计算HOMA-IS、HOMA-IR。结果当FPG大于7.0 mmol/L时,空腹胰岛素开始下降,随FPG的升高胰岛素抵抗和β细胞功能缺陷随之加重,组间比较P值均小于0.005。结论在临床治疗中按不同IR和IS状况应采取不同措施严格控制血糖保护β细胞功能。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the insulin resistance and pancreatic islet β cell function in type 2 diabetes patients on different blood glucose level. Methods 167 patients were divided into three groups and received oral glucose tolerance tests. Glucose and insulin were examined, HOMA - IS and HOMA - IR were calculated according to HOMA model. Results When FPG〉7.0 retool/L, the concentration of insulin began to decrease. Insulin resistance and 13 cell function defect were aggravated following FPG heighten, and there was significant difference among them （P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion During clinical therapy, different measure should have been taken to control strictly blood glucose and to protect βcell function according to different IR and IS. |
