铝厂氟污染对儿童肺功能及染色体损伤作用的研究

摘    要:
本文研究了某铝厂氟污染对儿童肺功能及染色休的损伤作用,结果表明,污染组儿童的VC,FVC,FEV1.0,MMF、PEFR、V75、V50等肺功能指标的数值均明显低于对照组儿童,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);其外周血淋巴细胞微核率和异常率均高于对照组儿童用显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示氟污染对儿童的肺功能和染色体有一定的损伤作用。

Abstract:
The article researches on the damage for fluorine pollution to children's lung function and chrosmosome in a aluminium plant. the results show that the lung function numerical value of children in pollution group,such as,VC,FVC,FEV1.0,MMF,V75,V50,is far below than that of the contrast group.The discrepancy is great The results also indicate that the rate of micronuleus and abnormal of blood periphery lymphocyte is higher than that of children in contrast group.The discrepancy is great,either.It suggests that fluorine pollution has a certain damage to the children's lung function and chrosmosome.
