《疗养院护士实用工作手册》的设计与应用

目的为疗养院聘用文职护士培训提供教材,有针对性地指导临床护理工作。方法将涉及疗养院相关护理工作的法规、护理管理制度、专业理论、操作规范标准及流程等编著成册,应用于临床护理实践。结果在聘用文职护士培训、护士日常工作和护理质量管理中发挥了积极的作用。结论将理论与工作实际紧密结合设计《疗养院护士实用工作手册》,有利于依法管理,丰富疗养护理理论和提高工作效率。

The design and application of nurse handbook in sanitarium

Objective To provide textbooks for nurse training in sanitarium and direct nurses' work,Methods A nurse handbook was compiled and ap- plied in clinical practice.The main contents of the handbook included regulations and rules related to nursing care in sanitarium,regulations and rules of nursing management,specialty theory,procedure and standards of nursing skills,Results The nurse handbook played an important role in nurse training, nurses' routine work and quality control,Conclusion The nurse handbook in sanitarium is beneficial for nursing management and nurse training,which can enrich nursing theories and improve the efficiency of nursing work.
