男性不育的精液检测与ASAb关系探讨

对387例男性不育患者进行精液常规检测、精子穿透力和血清抗精子抗体(ASAb)测定。结果表明:精子穿透力、精子活动力、活动率、精子密度、精子畸形率、精液脓细胞(>5/HP)与ASAb阳性检出率密切相关。随着精子穿透力、精子活动力、活动率、精子密度的减低,精子畸形率和脓细胞的增多,ASAb的阳性检出率升高。精液量、pH及液化时间与ASAb的阳性检出率无关。

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SEMEN EXAMINATION AND ASAb IN MALE INFERTILITY

The routine examination of semen, the penetrating ability of the sperms and serum antisperm antibody(ASAb) were tested in 387 cases of male infertility. The results showed that the penetrating ability, mobility, mobility rate, density, anomaly rate of sperms and pus cells of semens(5/HP) were colsely correlated with the positive rate of ASAb. With the decreasing of the penetrating ability, mobility, mobility rate, density of the sperms and the increasing of anomaly rate and pus cells of the semen, the positive rate of ASAb increased. The quantity, pH and the liquefying time of the semen had no correlation with the positive rate of ASAb.
