| 摘 要： | 通过用改性聚氨酯薄膜对家兔深Ⅱ度烧伤致伤模型,作为皮肤代用品治疗观察,证实其具有无毒、无刺激、与组织不相容、不被机化和吸收特点,并利于观察创面变化、透气透湿性能较好。是一种保护创面、减少渗出和防止感染的良好皮肤代用品。 |

| Abstract: | The authors used the JAZH as a skin substitute in the treatment of 132 burn rats. The data showed that the JAZH may play an important role in the treatment of burn injury. It has no toxicity and irritation to tissues and can not be combined with tissues. It can not be fibrized and absorbed. We concluded that the JAZH is an effective and safe method. The technique and some problems were discussed. |
