冷习服对冻伤大鼠血液流变性质的影响

摘    要:
本文对冷习服大鼠双后足冷冻前后的血液流变性质及冻伤组织活存面积(TSA)进行了观测,旨在为进一步探讨冷习服机理提供依据.结果表明,大鼠冷习服之后全血粘度及RBC聚集性明显低于对照组(P<0.01).冻伤之后,冷习服(AC)与对照(C)组大鼠血液流变性质均发生异常改变,但以冷习服鼠改变的程度轻.冷习服大鼠冻足组织活存面积也明显大于对照鼠(P<0.01).结果提示,冷习服后大鼠的抗冻能力增强;其血液流变性质亦发生适应性改变.由于大鼠冷习服后可减轻和改善由冷冻引起的血液流变性质异常改变的程度,从而减轻了由此造成的微循环障碍,故有利于受冻组织的修复愈合.因此认为,血液流变性质的适应性改变是冷习服大鼠抗冻能力增强的原因之一.

Abstract:
The hemorheological behavior pre-and post -freezing and tissue survival area(TSA) of frosthite hind feet in rats acclimated to cold (AC) were observed in order to obtain evidence approaching the mechanism of cold acclimatization. The results indicated that the whole blood viscosity and RBC aggregability were lowered obviously in Ac rats as compared with that in central rats(C) (P < 0. 01). After their hind feet were frozen, the hemorheological behavior in both AC and C rats were changed abnormaly and which was less serious in AC rats than that in C rats(P < 0. 01). The TSA of Ac rats was evidently much more than C rats' (P < 0. 01). The aforecited results revealed that after rats were acclimated to clod, their resistance to freezing was increased and their adaptation changes In hemorheological behavior occurred. The extent of abnormal changes of hemorheliogical behavior caused by freezing was reduced in AC rats ,so that the disorder of microcirculation was improved, those were beneficial to the r ecovery and healing of frozen tissuse. Therefore it is considered that clod adaptation change in hemorheological behavior is one of the couses enhancing rsistance to frostbite in AC rats.
