| 摘 要： | 目的观察加味黄芪合剂对连续被动吸烟的大鼠肺损伤的影响。方法烟熏法建立被动吸烟大鼠模型,观察肺组织形态学及测定肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化,反映加味黄芪制剂对大鼠肺损伤的干预效果。结果加味黄芪合剂明显减轻被动吸烟大鼠的肺组织损伤,增加SOD活性。结论加味黄芪合剂对被动吸烟大鼠所致肺损伤具有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influences of astragalus mixture on the lung injury caused by continuous passive smoking in rat models.Methods The passive smoking rat models were established to study the lung histopathology.The activity alterations of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in lung tissue were monitored and the effect of astragalus mixture intervention was observed.Results Astragalus mixture significantly reduced the lung injury in rat models of passive smoking and increased the activity of SOD.Conclusion Astragalus mixture has protective effects on the lung injury caused by passive smoking in rats. |
