食管鳞状细胞癌组织中LRIG3和EGFR蛋白的表达

摘    要:目的:探讨LRIG3和EGFR蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例食管鳞状细胞癌、60例食管正常组织中LRIG3及EGFR的表达水平。结果:LRIG3蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率低于食管正常组织(χ2=60.480,P<0.001),EGFR蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率高于食管正常组织(χ2=32.976,P<0.05)。LRIG3和EGFR的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期有关(χ2=3.939和4.318、4.374和5.910、5.293和5.884,P<0.05),与性别、年龄无关。LRIG3和EGFR蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达呈负关联(rP=0.264,P=0.034)。结论:LRIG3表达下降和EGFR表达升高可能在食管鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:Aim:To investigate the expressions of leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobinlike domains 3(LRIG3) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) proteins in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was performed to detect the expressions of LRIG3 and EGFR in 60 cases of ESCC and 60 cases of normal esophageal tissues.Results:The positive expression rate of LRIG3 in normal esophageal tissues was significantly higher than that in ESCC(χ2=60.480,P<0.001).The positive expression rate of EGFR in ESCC was higher than that in the normal esophageal tissue(χ2=32.976,P<0.05),and they were significantly associated with tumor differentiation grade,lymph node metastasis,and clinical stage(χ2=3.939 and 4.318,4.374 and 5.910,5.293 and 5.884,P<0.05).There was a significant negative relation between the expression of LRIG3 and EGFR in ESCC(rP=0.264,P=0.034).Conclusion:The up-regulated expression of LRIG3 and the down-regulated expression of EGFR may play important roles in the development of ESCC.
