不停跳心脏手术患者温度监测的方法及意义

目的探讨不停跳心脏手术温度监测的方法及重要意义。方法不停跳心脏手术17例,分别监测其术前、体外循环前、体外循环中、体外循环后及术后鼻咽部、直肠、周围皮肤温度,记录平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、心率、尿量等指标并进行统计分析。结果患者鼻咽温度、直肠温度和末梢温度在CPB前、CPB中、CPB后和术后均无显著性差异(P>0.05);患者MAP、CVP、尿量和心率均在正常范围。结论加强对不停跳心脏手术患者的体温的监测,有助于预防由于不停跳心脏手术患者温度过低或过高引起的并发症的发生。

Monitoring and significance of temperature in patients undergone off-pump heart surgery

Objective To approach significance of the monitoring body temperatures(BT) in patients during the off-pump heart surgery.Methods The BT of 17 patients undergone the off-pump heart surgery were monitored,including of BT pre-operation,BT before and during and after the cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB),and the nasopharyneal and the rectum temperatures pre-operation and post-operation.The mean arterail pressure(MAP),the central venous pressure(CVP),heart rate(HR) and urinary volume(UV) were simultaneuosly recorded.Results The nasopharyneal and rectum BT pre-CPB,during CPB and post-CPB were not difference,and the MAP,CVP,UV and HR were normal pre-CPB,during CPB and post-CPB.Conclusion Intensive BT monitoring in patients with off-pump heart surgery may prophylaxis occurrence of complications associated with off-pump heart surgery.
