神经内科老年病人睡眠障碍的原因分析与护理干预

目的研究268例在我院神经内科住院的老年病人导致睡眠障碍的因素，并观察改善病人睡眠的有效手段。方法选择在我院神经内科2006年1月至2012年1月住院的老年病人268例，应用访谈的方式进行调查，包括一般资料、睡眠障碍常见的类型及常见原因等。结果老年病人睡眠障碍的类型分为：入睡困难者占29．11％，不能熟睡者占16．39％，早醒者占28．31％．睡眠时间减少者占13．41％，睡眠时间颠倒者占7．49％，夜间多梦者占12．70％。给予护理干预后都出现不同程度的缓解。主要的病因为：疾病本身的因素、心理上的因素、环境的因素及其他因素，给予护理干预后都出现了有不同程度的缓解。结论疾病本身的因素以及心理上的因素是导致老年病人睡眠障碍的重要的因素，通过给予护理干预，使病人的睡眠质量得到了提高，可以促使病人早日康复健康。

Reason Analysis and Nursing Intervention of Elderly Patients in Neurology Department with Sleep Disorder

Objective To study the factors of elderly patient with sleep disorder in neurology department of our hospital, and observe the effective methods for improving patients＇ sleeping. Methods 268 elderly patient with sleep disorder in neurology department were selected in this stusy. The method of interviews was used for investigation. Results Sleep disorder type of elderly patients were divide as followed： 29.11% of difficulty falling sleeping, 16.39% without sound sleeping, 28.31% of early awakening, 7.49% of reverse sleep time, 12. 70% of night dreams; Different degrees of ease were found after nursing intervention. The main pathogenesis was as followed： disease factors, psychological factors, environmental factors, and other factors, and different degrees of ease were found after nursing intervention. Conclusions The disease factors and psychological factors are the main causes of sleep disorder in elderly patient. Nursing intervention can improve the sleep quality, and prompt patients＇ recover.
