| 摘 要： | 目的:观察大黄茯苓泽泻汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为中药组和对照组,中药组予大黄茯苓泽泻汤,对照组予血脂康胶囊。结果:中药组总有效率为90%,对照组为80%,中药组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:大黄茯苓泽泻汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症疗效显著。 |

Clinical observation on treating type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia with the Dahuan Fuling Zexie decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of treating type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia with the Dahuan Fuling Zexie decoction.Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into TCM group and control group,TCM group were treated with the Dahuan Fuling Zexie decoction and the control group were given Xuezhi Kang capsule.Results:The total effective rate of TCM group was 90.0%,while control group was 80.0%,the effect of TCM group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of treating type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia with the Dahuan Fuling Zexie decoction was significant. |
