超声胎盘成熟度检查中应用胎盘大切面的探讨

目的介绍一种新的胎盘扫查切面,补充扫查和评估胎盘成熟度的内容。方法采用胎盘大切面,即垂直于传统超声扫查的胎盘切面,而平行于胎盘实质等长轴的切面,对2011年4月到2012年4月,超声检查门诊及住院孕妇1032例进行超声扫查。结果新的胎盘大切面扫查,操作简单,在胎盘成熟度的超声扫查中,具有更直观、更符合胎盘的形态解剖结构。结论胎盘大切面有助于补充和完善现有胎盘的扫查方式和观察内容。

Eexploration on Application of Large Placenta Section in Ultrasound Scanning Placental Maturity

Objective To introduce a new placenta scanning section to supplement the scanning and evaluation of the contents of the placenta maturity. Methods Large placental section （the vertical of the traditional ultrasound scanning placenta section, parallel to the long axis of placenta substance） was used for ultrasound scan in 1 032 pregnant women of ultrasound examination department and outpatient service from April 2011 to April 2012. Results The new placenta section was easy operation, more intuitive, more conform to the placenta anatomical structures in checking of placental maturity. Conclusions The large placenta section can help to complement and improve the existing scanning and observation of the placenta maturity.
