| 摘 要： | 运用体外培养的新生鼠大脑神经细胞来观察脑活素及神经肽对其的影响，并测量突起长度及胞径，与对照组进行统计学处理。结果表明，脑活素且及神经肽组本外培养的大脑神经神细胞均有促进作用，尤其在培养的前１周明显，且神经肽的作用优于脑活素的作用。通过实验室的研究间接论证了脑活素及神经肽对神经系统疾病的临床治疗价值。

| Abstract: | The paper reported the effects of cerebrolysin and neuropeptide on cerebral neurocyte in newborn rat by vitro culture method,and measured the length of cellular process and the diameter of cells.The results showed that cerebrolysin and neuropeptide promoted the growth of neurocytes,especially the first week of culture.The function of neuropeptide group was superior to the cerebrolysin group. |
