| 摘 要： | 目的 :探索氯丙嗪对人卵巢癌细胞株HO8910 的体外抑制作用。方法 :采用MTT测定 ,观察不同浓度氯丙嗪( 5 0、10 0、15 0、2 0 0、2 5 0 μmol/L)对体外培养的HO8910 细胞的抑制作用。结果 :不同浓度的氯丙嗪对HO8910 细胞均有抑制作用 ,浓度为 2 0 0 μmol/L以上时 ,抑制作用非常显著。 结论 :氯丙嗪对人卵巢上皮性癌细胞株HO8910 有体外抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of chlorpromazine on cell proliferation of human ovarian epithelial carcinoma cell line HO 8910 in vitro.Methods: The antiproliferation effects of different concentrations of chlorpromazine (50,100,150,200,250 μmol/L)on HO 8910 cell line were detected with MTT assay.Results: Different concentration of chlorpromazine inhibited the proliferation of HO 8910 cells.The inhibition by chlorpromazine plateaued at 200 μmol/L(81.48% inhibition).Conclusion: In vitro,chlorpromazine significantly inhibited the growth and the proliferation of human ovarian epithelial carcinoma cell line. |
