银杏叶制剂联合他汀类药物对高脂血症患者血脂水平影响的Meta分析

目的系统评价银杏叶制剂联合他汀类药物对高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响。方法计算机检索MEDLINE、EMbase、Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials（CENTRAL）、Ovid、万方数据库（Wanfang Data）、维普数据库（Vl P）、中国知网（CNKI）和中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）中关于银杏叶制剂联合他汀类药物协同作用于高脂血症患者的研究,同时追索纳入其参考文献。检索时限均为从建库至2012年12月。根据GRADE分级方法评价纳入研究质量,用Rev Man 5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果由于银杏叶制剂属于中成药,未搜到相关外文文献。故共纳入9项研究,合计798例患者。对照组单独服用他汀类药物,实验组在服用他汀类药物的基础上加服银杏叶制剂。Meta分析结果显示：治疗后,实验组与对照组血脂水平（总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇）比较,差异均具有统计学意义[WMD（95%CI）分别为-0.39（-0.49,-0.29）、-0.06（-0.08,-0.05）、-0.26（-0.34,-0.17）、0.19（0.16,0.23）]。结论银杏叶制剂联合他汀类药物治疗高脂血症可显著降低患者血脂水平,临床疗效优于单用他汀类药物组。

Meta analysis:influence of Ginkgo biloba extract in combination with statins treatment on blood lipid levels in patients with hyperlipidemia

Objective To systematically evaluate the influence of Ginkgo biloba extract（GBE） in combination with statins treatment on blood lipid levels in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods MEDLINE, EMbase,CENTRAL, Ovid, Wanfang Data, VIP, CNKI and CBM were searched for researches of Randomized Controlled Trials（RCTs） on GBE in combination with statins treatment in patients with hyperlipidemia, with time limited from the databases＇ establishment dates to December 2012. The bibliographies of the included researches were searched as well.Evaluated the included researches basing on the GRADE system, then performed Meta-analysis on the qualified researches by adopting Rev Man 5.1. Results There was no relevant foreign research since GBE belongs to Chinese medicine. Therefore nine articles were included, with a total of 798 cases. In these researches, patients in the control group were treated with just statins, while patients in the experimental group were treated with statins and GBE. The result of Meta analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the lipid levels（TC, TG,LDL-C, HDL-C） of experimental group and those of the control group after treatment [WMD（95% CI） were respectively-0.39（-0.49,-0.29）,-0.06（-0.08,-0.05）,-0.26（-0.34,-0.17）, and 0.19（0.16, 0.23）]. Conclusion The Ginkgo biloba extract in combination with statins treatment for hyperlipidemia can significantly reduce the patients＇ blood lipid levels, and it had a better clinical effect than that of the statins only treatment.
