TEAS缓解运动性疲劳的研究进展

摘    要:总结经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)可以通过清除血乳酸、降低血清肌酸激酶、升高血红蛋白、稳定血糖浓度、清除自由基、调节氨基酸代谢、稳定心率等途径延缓运动性疲劳的发生、增强运动机体耐力.概括该类研究存在的问题:选用的穴位相对比较单一,使用TEAS仪器时选择的波段、频率、刺激持续时间不统一,观察指标多停留在生化方面.展望TEAS缓解运动性疲劳的未来研究方向:可以采用辨证取穴,制定TEAS干预的统一标准,从性腺轴、肾上腺轴、基因或蛋白角度探讨TEAS缓解运动性疲劳机制.

Abstract:The occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue can be delayed and exercise endurance can be strengthened by removing lactic acid,decreasing serum creatine kinase,elevating hemoglobin,maintaining blood glucose,eliminating free radical,regulating amino acid metabolism and retaining heart rate with transcutanclus electrical acu-point stimulation(TEAS).Problems in the above researching field are generalized in this paper.For instance,the point selection is relatively simple;the selection of wave band,frequency and ...
