连续静脉输液最佳液体更换时机确定及评价

目的探讨连续静脉输液最佳液体更换时机及其在临床中的应用效果。方法采用测量法绘制“更换液体液面高度尺”，确定连续输液最佳液体更换时机。分别在每次更换液体时记录液面位置、患者呼叫情况，观察时间为14d，并评价患者对静脉输液的满意度。结果更换液体时护理缺陷及呼叫发生率降低，患者对静脉输液巡视满意度提高（P〈0．01）。结论应用连续静脉输液最佳液体更换时机的概念，可以减少液体更换过程中的护理缺陷，并为临床护理管理提供客观、有效、可行的评价标准。

etermination and evaluation of the suitable time for solution change in continuous intravenous infusion

Objective To explore the suitable time for solution change in continuous intravenous infusion, and evaluate its effects in clinical. Methods ＂The replacing the liquid level height gauge ＂was drewed by the method of measuring to determine the suitable time for solution change in continuous intravenous infusion. The liquid level position and the status of patient~ calls were recorded in each intravenous change time. The satisfaction of patients with in- travenous infusion was evaluated. And the observation time was 14 days. Results The incidence of nursing defects and patient~ call were reduced in intravenous change time, the satisfaction of patients on intravenous infusion inspection was impoved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of the suitable time for solution change in continuous intravenous infusion can reduce the incidence of nursing defects in each intravenous change time, and provide the objective, effective, feasi- ble evaluation standards to clinical nursing management.
