护理干预辅以行为疗法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者戒烟行为的影响

目的探讨护理干预辅以行为疗法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者戒烟行为的影响。方法将106例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者按照病历单双号分为两组,每组各53例,其中干预组患者进行控烟健康教育并辅以替代疗法、厌恶疗法、痛性疗法等行为干预。结果干预组患者出院后戒烟成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),每日吸烟量低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病吸烟患者进行护理干预辅以行为疗法,可以提高患者戒烟成功率,减少每日吸烟量。

Influence of nursing intervention combining with behavioral therapy on smoking behaviors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the influences of nursing intervention combining with behavioral therapy on smoking behaviors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods A total of 106 COPD patients were divided into two groups according to odd and even numbers of medical records,53 cases in each group. The intervention group received the following measures, including smoking control education and behavior intervention such as replacement therapy, aversion therapy and pain therapy. Results The success rate of smoking cessation was significantly bigher in the intervention group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Everyday cigarette amount in the intervention group was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The method of nursing intervention combining with behavioral therapy for smoking patients of COPD can improve the success rate of smoking cessation and reduce everyday cigarette amount.
