外伤性白内障的CT表现

本文报道２８例眼外伤．其中１４例裂隙灯检查及手术证实有外伤性白内障，ＣＴ检查显示：（１）８例晶体的正常影像消失．肉眼观与玻璃体密度完全一致。（２）６例晶体密度降低，其中３例伴晶体体积增大。从外伤性白内障的发生机制可解释其ＣＴ表现，笔者认为晶体ＣＴ值减低可作为外伤性白内障的诊断依据，ＣＴ检查有助于及时确定诊断和制订治疗措施。

CT Findings of Traumatic Cataracts

cases of orbital trauma were reported in this article. There were 14 cases of traumtic cataracts proved by slitlamp - microscope examination and operation. CT scanning showed: (1)Disappearance of the lens normal imaging was found in 8 cases. The density of the lens and vitreous is the same with naked eye. (2)Densith of the lens decreased in 6 cases.The volume of the lenses were increased in 3. The mechanism of the development of the traumatic cataract can accoumt for the CT imaging. The authors considered that the decreased CT attenuation value of the lens can serve as a diagnosis proof of traumatic cataract. CT scanning is helpful in diagnosis timely and therapy.
