| Abstract: | The concept of competence was first put forward during 1970's.Since then,its research and application has been drawn more and more stirring attention,and has become one of the hot points in the realm of contemporary psychology,human resource,pedagogy etc.To review the concept of competence and its research,combine the rela- tive study of nursing both at home and abroad,analyse and conceive the significance of setting competency models for the post of nurses. |
