摘    要:
20世纪70年代胜任力概念被提出后,其研究与应用越来越引人注目,成为当代心理学、人力资源、教育学等领域的热点之一。回顾胜任力的概念与有关研究,结合国内外护理领域相关研究,分析及构思了护理人员岗位胜任力模型的建立及意义。

Abstract:
The concept of competence was first put forward during 1970's.Since then,its research and application has been drawn more and more stirring attention,and has become one of the hot points in the realm of contemporary psychology,human resource,pedagogy etc.To review the concept of competence and its research,combine the rela- tive study of nursing both at home and abroad,analyse and conceive the significance of setting competency models for the post of nurses.
