5-氟尿嘧啶-偕二膦酸偶合物的合成及其初步骨靶向性实验

摘    要:以5-氟尿嘧啶为原料,经加成、缩合、催化氢解等3步反应合成得到一个新的5-氟尿嘧啶-偕二膦酸偶合物,其结构经1H-NMR、IR和MS确证,并采用羟磷灰石晶体吸附实验考察其骨靶向性,结果显示目标物有较好的骨靶向性.

Abstract:A new bis(phosphonic acid)-5-fluorouracil conjugate was synthesized from 5-fluorouracil through 3-step reactions,including addition,condensation and catalytic hydrogenation.The chemical structure was(identified) by()~1H-NMR,IR and MS spectra and shows good bone-targeted ability in vitro via hydroxyapatite adhesion test.
