| 摘 要： | 离休干部经费保障是其医疗保障的核心内容之一。本研究利用6个干休所的调研数据，分析了目前离休干部卫生经费收支总额情况、收入和支出的结构等，提出卫生经费目前总量充足，但存在缺口风险，未来卫生经费收支的合理性需论证提高，而卫生经费管理制度需伴随性完善，力求为改善离休干部的经费保障绩效提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | The expense support is an important part of health support for the retired cadres. With the in- vestigation data, the author analyzed the amount and the structure of the income and payment of the health expen- ses, and then proposed that the amount of the income is enough, but with the risk because of the rapid improvement of the payment, and the reasonability of the expenses should be improved and the system should be mended with the changes of the payment characteristics. |
