| 摘 要： | 尽管骨关节损伤治疗已取得巨大进展,但仍存在许多问题,主要包括:对骨折治疗理念转变和微创外科概念的错误理解,对骨折治疗技术的不正确使用,忽视骨折分类方法和功能评定标准.正确的分析和解决这些问题会进一步促进创伤骨科临床实践和科研的进步.

| Abstract: | Great progress has been achieved recently in the treatment of bone and joint injuries,but many problems still remain,including misunderstanding of the change of treatment concept for bone fractures and the true meaning of minimally invasive surgery,the incorrect use of treatment techniques for bone fractures,the neglect of fracture classification and functional assessment according to the international standards.Correctly analyzing and solving these problems can further contribute to the progress of clinical practice and research in orthopedic trauma surgery. |
