薄氏腹针疗法治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

目的:观察腹针治疗颈性眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法:运用腹针对30～65岁的56例颈性眩晕患者进行治疗,选用君(主穴)引气归元;臣(次穴)商曲、气穴;佐:滑肉门、气旁、上脘上、建里。每日1次,连续2个疗程,于治疗前后均采用《颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表》进行评定。所有病例数据,采用SPSS10.0软件包进行配对t检验处理。结果:统计结果表明,经过治疗,颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表的总分及眩晕、肩颈痛、头痛、日常生活及工作、心理及社会适应等5个指标与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:观察表明,经薄氏腹针治疗后,患者眩晕、肩颈痛、头痛、日常生活及工作、心理及社会适应等方面有显著好转,且无明显副作用,说明薄氏腹针为一种确实可行、安全有效的治疗颈性眩晕的方法。

Clinical Observation on Cervical Vertigo by the Treatment of Bo's Abdomen Acupuncture
