| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急诊内镜对上消化道出血的治疗价值.方法:选择63例上消化道出血患者, 24h内行急诊内镜治疗.结果:63例上消化道出血患者止血成功率92.1%,再出血率为11.1%,所有患者治疗后未见穿孔、狭窄等严重并发症.结论:急诊内镜在上消化道出血的治疗上安全性好, 具有很高的实用价值. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate therapeutic values of emergency endoscopy for upper gastrointestinal(UGI) bleeding.Methods: Sixty-three patients with UGI bleeding were examined and treated with emergency endoscope in 24 hours.Results:The therapeutic rate was 92.1% and the rehemorrhagia rate was 11.1%.All patients treated emergency endoscope without such serious complications as perforation and stenosis of gastrointestinal tract.Conclusion:Emergency endoscopy is a safe and useful way to therapy of UGI bleeding. |
