摘    要:目的:比较水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)和超临界CO2萃取法(SFE-CO2)所提取羌活挥发油的化学成分及其含量。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行分析。结果:两种方法所得挥发油在成分和含量上均存在一定差异。结论:SFE-CO2法提取效率高,提取成分比较完全,为提取羌活挥发油的理想方法。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the chemical components and their contents of essential oil extracted from Notopterygium incisum by the methods of supercritical CO_(2)fluid extraction(SFE-CO_(2)) and Steam Distillation.Methods:The combination of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was applied to analyze the chemical components and their contents of essential oil extracted from Notopterygium incisum.Results:The chemical components and their contents of essential oil extracted by the above two methods were different.Conclusion:SFE-CO_(2)is superior to SD in rasing yield and shortening extractive time.It is a good method for the extraction of essential oils from Notopterygium incisum.
