摘    要:鱼油中的多不饱和脂肪酸具有促进皮肤损伤修复的功能。以富含多不饱和脂肪酸的鱼油为原料,复配黄凡士林、液体石蜡,制备油性伤口护理软膏敷料。测试了该软膏敷料的细胞相容性、阻水性、阻菌性及其对Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠切线伤的促愈合作用。结果表明,软膏浸提液培养的L929细胞相对存活率为(99.5 ± 2.2)%,具有优异的细胞相容性;软膏具有优异的阻水性和阻菌性;在切线伤护理中,所制备膏状敷料能够促进创面胶原的沉积与重排,减轻瘢痕的生成。鱼油伤口护理软膏在浅表性皮肤创面护理方面有着良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The polyunsaturated fatty acids in fish oil are beneficial for the skin disorder prevention and treatment. In this research, fish oil was used to prepare paste wound dressing with the addition of vaseline and liquid paraffin. The cell compatibility and the resistance of water as well as bacteria of the paste wound dressing were tested. The tangential cutaneous wound of Sprague Dawley (SD) rats was created and the promotion of the wound healing was evaluated by applying the paste wound dressing to the created wound sites. The results showed that L929 cells have a survival rate as high as 99.5% when cultured with extraction of the prepared paste wound dressing, proving excellent cell compatibility. Meanwhile, the paste wound dressing showed outstanding resistance of water and bacteria. Furthermore, there exists higher amount and more regular deposition of collagen fibers at the wound sites when treating the wound using the prepared paste wound dressing compared with the blank and commercially available skin caring wound dressings. This research indicated that the paste containing fish oil could be a promising wound dressing for treating superficial wound.
