| 摘 要： | 目的 总结食管异物的临床特点及治疗经验.方法 对2000年1月～2005年9月66例食管异物进行回顾性分析,本组所有病例均采用静脉复合麻醉,硬性食管镜下取出异物.结果 食管镜下异物取出64例,取出失败2例,转胸外科开胸取出.结论 绝大多数食管异物患者可在食管镜下顺利取出,极少数食管异物需心胸外科处理.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment of foreign bodies in esophagus.Methods Sixty-six cases with foreign bodies in esophagus from Jan.2000 to Sep.2005 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were treated with esophagoscopy under general anesthesia.Results Sixty-four cases were cured,and the other failed two cases were cured by thoracotomy.Conclusion Most patients with foreign bodies in esophagus can be managed with esophagoscope,only few cases need to be treated by thoracic surgery. |
