| 摘 要： | 通过对48例有壁冠状动脉结构的成人心脏标本进行观察分析，着重研究了个体间的形态差异及对血流动力学的影响，为心血管临床提供依据。结果显示壁冠状动脉被心肌纤维包裹分环状包绕及非环状包裹两种形式，前者易在造影时表现一段血管影像缺失或僵硬，后者易在造影时表现血管扭曲。此外，观察还提示在分析壁冠状动脉对冠脉血流灌注的影响，以及该处血管壁所受的压力时，它所在的位置，是否有分支，以及心律如何等因素都应当被考虑。

| Abstract: | Objiective:To explore the morphology and corrclation of the mural coronary artery(MC)and the alteration of the haemodynamic forces within of that segment and to provide the evidence for clinical cardidogy.Method The coronary arteries of 48 human with the myocardial bridge(MB)were observed and compared each other.Result It was classified that the myocardial covering MC into two modes.Anatomical properties such as the location,thichness of MB can make several morphological and angiographic alteration of MC.Conclusion MBs have quite different effects depending on their location within the left coronary artery or the left anterior descending coronary artery. |
