腭裂手术对中耳功能的影响

目的 探讨腭裂手术对患者中耳功能的影响,为早期改善患者中耳功能障碍提供依据。方法 选择腭裂患者191例于腭裂术前3天、术后1周、3个月及6个月时常规进行中耳功能检查,并与对照组比较。结果腭裂患者术前常伴有程度不同的中耳功能障碍。术后除1周时中耳功能障碍加重外,3个月、6个月时均有明显改善,但与正常同龄人比较,仍有一定的差距。结论 腭裂手术能改善患者的中耳功能,但必须配合其他的方法方可彻底解决患者面临的问题。

THE EFFECT OF PALATE REPAIR ON THE FUNCTION OF MIDDLE EAR

ve To explore the effect of palate repair on the function of middle ear, and provide the evidence for treatment of dysfunction of middle ear early. Methods 191 patients of cleft palate were selected and examined the function of middle ear on the different stage of pre-and post palatal closure. And compared with normal people. Results Patients with cleft palate have dysfunction of middle ear on pre-operation, and after operation it was improved, but when compared with normal people as same age, they have dysfunction. Conclusion The middle ear status can be improved by palatal surgery for the cleft palate children. but in order to involve the middle ear problem completely, it must combine with other method.
