| 摘 要： | 益气增乳胶囊体外所试三个浓度均有增强大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和收缩频率的作用,在所试浓度范围内有一定量效关系.益气增乳胶囊0.8g(生药量)/kg、1.6g(生药量)/kg十二指肠给药,对大鼠子宫收缩幅度、频率、子宫活动力均有显著增加作用.以上结果表明益气增乳胶囊具有显著增强子宫平滑肌收缩力的作用,促进产后子宫复旧,从而有利于产妇康复.

| Abstract: | Yiqizengru capsules increased the contract frequcency and contract range of smooth muscles of rat uterus dose-dependently in vitro. Yiqizengru capsules, at the dose of 0.8g/kg and 1. 6g/kg by administed intron duodenum. Also obviously increased the contract frequcency and contract range and the contract power of uterus in vivo. |
