| 摘 要： | 1例62岁右肺腺癌男性患者二线化疗后出现Ⅱ级血小板减少,给予重组人白细胞介素-11皮下注射,3 mg·d-1.首次用药后第7 d,患者出现胸闷、憋气,不能平卧,NT-proBNP急剧升高至21383 pg·mL-1,诊断为重组人白细胞介素-11导致的急性心力衰竭.停用重组人白细胞介素-11,给予西地兰、呋塞米治疗后,患... |

| Abstract: | A 62-year-old male with right lung adenocarcinoma developed gradeⅡthrombocytopenia after second-line chemotherapy,and then received recombinant human interleukin-11(3 mg·d-1)subcutaneous injection.On the 7 th day after the first treatment,the patient developed chest tightness,oppressed,unable to lie on his back.His NT-proBNP increased sharply up to 21383 pg·mL-1.The patient was diagnosed as acute heart failure caused by recombinant human interleukin-11.After withdrawal of recombinant human interleukin-11 and treatment with cedilanid and furosemide,the symptoms were relieved gradually.The NT-proBNP decreased to 1011 pg·mL-1 five days later. |
