PBL联合双语教学在胸外科临床教学中的应用

摘    要:
医学教学改革中探索正确的教学模式任重而道远。本文总结比较了唐都医院胸外科临床教学中应用的两种教学方法即传统教学和以问题为中心的教学联合双语教学,并对实习效果进行调查分析发现,相对于传统方法,PBL联合双语教学组学员的病例分析考试成绩更高,学习积极性得到加强,主动性增强,信息收集能力、英语表达能力及团队意识明显提高。因此,这是一种新的值得推广的教育理念。

Abstract:
There is still a long way to go regarding to exploring best teaching model during the reform of medical teaching.This paper concluded our experiences of two different kinds of teaching methods in the department of thoracic surgery affiliated to Tangdu Hospital and demonstrated that the PBL(problem-based learning) combined bilingual teaching method had a significant advantage of case analysis test,activeness,message acquisition,english expression ability,and team consciousness,comparing with traditional teaching method.Accordingly,PBL combined bilingual teaching should be considered as a novel education idea that is worthy of extending to other subjects.
