摘    要:临床见习教学是培养学员临床实践工作能力的重要途径,也是最终培养合格医务工作者的重要环节。当前在教学活动中存在患者对教学不配合、教员教学积极性不高、学员学习态度及方法不当等问题,影响了见习教学质量。为解决上述问题,教学管理部门、教员、学员三方面需要针对性的完善各自职责,相互协作,共同努力,以便更好的完成临床见习教学工作。

Abstract:The clinical probationary practice is an important way to train medical students for profession with realistic job ability,and the important step in the process of training medical workers.At the present,there are many problems in clinical probationary practice,such as patients are not keep up with teaching practice,teachers have low teaching initiative,students hold bad learning attitude and wrong method,which totally affected the quality of teaching.Three parts can help to solve these problems: the department of teaching management,teachers and students,and they need to develop their respective duties,strengthen cooperation and joint effort.
