| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠糖尿病患者营养管理的效果。方法对我院妇产科明确诊断的妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）孕妇100例,加强营养管理,做好饮食和自我监护等有关知识的健康宣教,并合理使用胰岛素。观察干预前后GDM孕妇血糖、血脂的变化及对GDM防治知识的知晓情况。结果本组GDM孕妇干预后的血糖、血脂指标及对GDM防治知识的知晓情况均较干预前明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论加强对GDM患者的饮食营养管理有助于提高对患者的血糖、血脂水平的控制效果,从而使孕产妇获得良好的妊娠结局。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of nutrient management for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods To take the following measures on 100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),such as strengthening nutrition management,making health education of diet and self care and other related knowledge,rational using of insulin.To observe blood glucose,blood lipid changes and awareness on GDM prevention knowledge before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,Blood glucose,blood lipid index and awareness on GDM prevention knowledge of these cases were Significant improvement than before the intervention.Conclusion Enhancement of GDM patients diet nutrition management can enhance the control effect of blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients,So that obtain good outcome of pregnancy. |
