2009～2010年医院常见病原菌耐药性分析

目的了解医院临床分离菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,进一步促进临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法对医院2009～2010年临床送检的标本资料进行回顾性分析。所有标本均严格按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行,并进行全程室内质量控制。结果 2009年共分离354株病原菌,革兰阴性菌占50.8%,革兰阳性菌占28.0%。真菌占21.2%。2010年共分离456株病原菌,革兰阴性菌占50.0%,革兰阳性菌占21.5%,真菌占28.5%。常见病原菌对常用抗菌药物耐药较高的为表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、阴沟肠杆菌及铜绿假单胞菌。结论病原菌耐药情况应引起重视,特别是真菌引起的感染比例有增长趋势,应进一步规范使用抗菌药物,减少病原菌耐药性的产生。

Analysis of bacterial drug resistance in our hospital during 2009-2010

Objective To analyze the antimicrobial resistance of microbials isolated in clinic to commonly used antimicrobial drugs,and further promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods Clinical specimens were specifically analyzed from 2009 to 2010.All specimens are in strict accordance with the National Clinical Laboratory Procedures.Results 354 pathogens were isolated in 2009,in which Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 50.8%,Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 28.0%,fungi accounted for 21.2%.456 pathogens were isolated in 2010,in which Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 50.0%,Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 21.5%,fungi accounted for 28.5%.The common pathogens resistant to commonly used antibiotics were found to be Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Enterobacter cloacae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Conclusion The drug resistance of pathogens should be paid attention,particularly.The proportion of infections caused by fungus should be further controlled.
