重视强化临床医学实习生人文精神的培养

医学模式转变的大形势决定了医学教育中人文精神的培养必须受到重视,但是现今医学教育中,仍然存在重视程度不够、社会风气阻碍、师资力量不足和人文精神培养缺乏全程性等问题,这是需要长时期才能解决的。我们应当从临床医学实习生人文精神的培养抓起,打破人文精神培养缺乏全程性这一瓶颈,合理安排、言传身教、不断总结、对症下药,这是解决问题的最佳出路。

Strengthening Cultivation of Medical Students' Humanities Spirit in Clinical Practice

The transformation of medical model requires us to pay more attention to cultivating humanities spirit in medical education.However,in current medical education,some problems still exist,such as inadequate attention,bad social convention,lack of teachers and inconstant cultivation of humanities spirit,which may take long time to solve.We should start with cultivation of medical students’ humanities spirit in clinical practice in order to break through the bottleneck.The best solutions are reasonable arrangement,teaching by precept and example,summing up experience constantly,and remedying against the problem.
