腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管的护理

目的比较腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管与常规开放手术腹膜透析置管患者的术后恢复情况及护理。方法将2011年1月～2011年6月在我院腹透中心进行的腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管术患者50例作为观察组,以同期进行的开放手术腹膜透析置管患者55例作为对照组,观察和比较两组患者术后短期并发症发生率,探讨腹腔镜下置管手术患者的护理对策。结果两组患者术后短期并发症发生情况:伤口渗血对照组11例,观察组3例(P=0.035);导管堵管对照组9例,观察组2例(P=0.039);导管移位对照组8例,观察组1例(P=0.033),两组并发症比较均有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜下置管腹膜透析病员术后恢复时间短,短期并发症少。腹腔镜腹膜透析置管比常规开放手术有明显优势,可进一步推广。

Nursing of peritoneal dialysis catheter vent after laparoscopic surgery

Objective To compare the recovery and nursing peritoneal dialysis catheter vent in laparoscopic surgery and conventional way.Methods 50 cases of peritoneal dialysis catheter vent in laparoscopic surgery were observed and 55 cases of peritoneal dialysis catheter vent in conventional way were as control in 2011 1-6.The incidence of complications in short period were observed in two groups and explores the nursing way.Results The errhysis appeared in 11 cases of control group and 3 case in laparoscopic group(P=0.035).The catheter clogging appeared in 9 cases of control group and 2 case in laparoscopic group(P=0.039) The catheter drift appeared in 8 cases of control group and 1 case in laparoscopic group(P=0.033).Conclusion The recovery time of patients in laparoscopic group is shorter and the complication in short period is less.Peritoneal dialysis catheter vent in laparoscopic surgery is superior to conventional way.
