| 摘 要： | 目的评价蓝科肤宁治疗面部接触性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将117例面部接触性皮炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组60例,予蓝科肤宁湿敷,1次/日;对照组57例,予3%硼酸溶液湿敷及丁酸氢化可的松乳膏(尤卓尔)外搽,2次/日。两组均口服氯雷他定10mg,1次/日,疗程1周。结果治疗1周后两组患者症状和体征明显改善,治疗组有效率86.66%,对照组有效率84.21%,两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蓝科肤宁治疗面部接触性皮炎疗效显著,作用与尤卓尔相当,但无引起激素不良反应的风险,值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of velvet feeling on contact dermatitis of face.Methods 117 patients were divided randomly into treatment group(60 cases) and control group(57 cases).The cases of treatment group received velvet feeling,and the cases of control group received 3% boric acid solution combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream.Both groups were treated with loratadine(Clarityne) 10mg per day for 1 weeks.Results The efficiency rate was 86.66% for the treatment group,and 84.21% for the control group,with no statistically significant.Conclusion Velvet feeling is effective and safe on contact dermatitis of face. |
