| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒检查颈部血管对糖尿病病人的价值。方法分别选取286例糖尿病住院病人和对照健康人群行颈部血管超声检查,分析糖尿病病人颈部血管改变的情况。结果糖尿病病人的颈部血管内中膜增厚、狭窄、硬化、粥样斑块较正常人群的发生率有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病病人颈部血管改变,通过彩色多普勒检查可以监测出部位、类型、斑块大小、狭窄程度,为预防脑血管意外提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of color Doppler on diabetes patients neck blood vessels.Methods 286 patients were selected diabetes patients hospitalized and contrast the healthy crowd neck vascular ultrasound,Analysis of diabetes patients neck ascular change.Results Diabetes patients neck vascular intima-media thickening,narrow,hardening,atheromatous plaque crowd than normal incidence of obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes patients,through the neck of ascular change color doppler screening can detect site,type,patch size,narrow degree,to prevent brain accident provide objective evidence |
