复方丹参滴丸对比三种常用药物治疗急性心绞痛的Meta分析

目的对比探讨复方丹参滴丸与速效救心丸、硝酸甘油含片和消心痛治疗急性心绞痛的疗效。方法检索Cochrane Library、Pubmed、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库和中文科技期刊全文数据中的相关文献,根据修改的Jadad量表评分后用Stata软件进行Meta分析,分别对比复方丹参滴丸与速效救心丸等三种药物的疗效和不良反应。结果 33篇文献符合纳入和剔除标准,但Jadad评分均不超过2分。经Meta分析发现复方丹参滴丸在总体上优于对照组药物。结论复方丹参滴丸用于治疗急性心绞痛总体上优于对照组药物,但尚需进一步研究证实该结论。

Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials on compound danshen dropping pills compared with other three common drugs in treatment of acute angina

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound danshen dropping pills(DSP) compared with suxiao jiuxin wan,nitroglycerin and isosorbide dinitrate tablet in treating patients of acute angina.Methods To find the articles following the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in Cochrane Library database,Pubmed database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Chinese periodical ful-text database and Chinese scientific periodicals database.The selected literatures were scored by Jadad scale and applied for statistical analysis by Stata software so as to compare the differences in therapy and side effects between DSP and other three drugs.Results 33 articles were selected with Jadad scores below 2.The results showed DSP group was better than control group in general.Conclusion DSP is better than other three drugs in treatment on acute angia,but further research is needed.
