经导管动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血的护理

目的探讨急诊经导管动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血的临床护理效果。方法 21例患者中,自然分娩后大出血15例,剖腹产后大出血3例,切口妊娠人流术后大出血3例;采用seldinger’s技术,急诊选择性血管造影确诊后用明胶海绵或钢圈栓塞出血动脉,护士进行相应地护理,密切观察患者在术前、术中及术后的生命体征和病情变化情况,以确保栓塞治疗过程顺利完成并达到满意的效果。结果 21例患者均一次栓塞成功,止血效果100%,护理得当,效果良好,未出现明显并发症。结论急诊经导管动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血是一种快速、安全、有效的止血方法,护理是保证成功治疗不可缺失的重要保障。

Clinic nursing for uterine arterial embolization in treatment of massive postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To study the nursing for the uterine arterial embolization in treatment of massive postpartum hemorrhage.Methods There were 21 patients with massive postpartum hemorrhage involved in the present study,including 15 cases with caesarean birth,3 cases with vaginal spontaneous labor and 3 cases with induced abortion.DSA angiography showed the original of the hemorrhage with seldinger’s technique.The patients were treated with arteries embolization with gelfoam(GF).The nurse carefully pay attention to the vital signs and the disease progressed,ensure accomplish of operation.Results All the patients were successfully treated.The nursing measures are proper and effect was better,so the patients recovered smoothly.There was not any obvious complication.Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat massive postpartum hemorrhage with UAE.Clinic nursing is is an important guarantee for the uterine arterial embolization in treatment of massive postpartum hemorrhage.
