摘    要:目的 探讨银杏叶制剂 (GBE)对蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH )后神经功能的保护作用。方法 对假手术对照组 ,SAH模型组和GBE处理组大鼠检测 2 4h内局部脑血流量 (rCBF)、体感诱发电位 (SEP)和脑组织一氧化氮 (NO )含量的动态变化。结果 SAH后rCBF持续下降 ,SEP潜伏期逐渐延长 ,脑组织NO含量显著增加。GBE有效拮抗上述指标的变化。结论 GBE能缓解SAH所致神经功能损伤 ,其机制之一为逆转脑组织NO的异常改变。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) on neurological function after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) Methods: Rats from sham operated group, SAH model group, and GBE treated group underwent measurement of dynamic changes of regional cerebral blood flow( rCBF),SEP and NO levels in brain tissues within 24h after SAH Results: rCBF decreased immediately and persistently after SAH was produced SEP latency delayed progressively from 1h to 24h after SAH NO levels brain tissue increased from 1h to 24h after SAH GBE effectively antagonized the alterations of above parameters Conclusion: GBE may reverse the neurological deficit caused by SAH One of the mechanisms is that GBE may antagonize the pathological alterations of NO content in the brain
