肝动脉化疗栓塞及经皮无水酒精注射治疗中晚期肝癌疗效观察

目的：评估肝动脉化疗栓塞术（transcatherter arterial chemoembolization TACE）及CT导向下经皮无水酒精注射（percutaneous ethanol injection PEI）治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法：把42例经证实为原发性肝癌患者随机分成两组，在进行TACE的间歇期，21例在cT导向下行PEI，并与同期21例单纯行TACE相比较。结果：单纯行TACE组，1a及2a．生存率分别为45％，12％；TACE联合PEI组，1a及2a生存率分别为70％、31％。AFP下降幅度单纯TACE组为54％，TACE联合PEI组为76％。结论：TACE联合PEI为原发性肝癌较好的一种综合治疗方法，可提高肝癌治疗疗效。

OBSERVATION ON TACE AND PEI TREATMENT FOR MODERATE AND ADVANCED STAGES OF HCC

Result： Walkes purely TACE series 1 year,2year living is lead to act as 45% ,separately 12%;TACE ally PEI series 1 year, 2 year living is lead to act as 70% ,31% separately . The pure TACE of AFP descent scope series act as 54% ,and TACE allys PEI and series act as 76%. Conclusion： The TACE allys PEI and actd as previously one kind of synthesis that the quality delivering cancer of the liver is better and treats the means may lift cancer of the liver treats the curative effect.
