应用微创技术治疗高血压脑出血40例II缶床分析

目的观察和分析YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的治疗效果。方法本组40例高血压脑出血患者均采用YL—Ⅰ型一次性使用颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针作血肿清除、脑室穿刺引流术。术中抽取液体血肿占血肿量的1／3．1／2，冲洗频率2-3次／d，液化剂选用尿激酶，剂量2-3万U／次，引流时间3-5d。结果临床治愈36例，死亡4例。结论运用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创手术治疗高血压脑出血安全可靠，副损伤小，疗效明显，是基层医院治疗高血压脑出血的较好的方法。

Clinical Analysis of Applying Subtle Trauma Technique to Treat with Hypertensivc Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of hvpeteusion cerebral hemorrhage treated with subtle trauma operation which applied YL-Ⅰad un vic hematoma shiver transfixion pin.Methods 40 cases were treated with blood tumor cleaning and ventricular drainage by YLⅠad un vic encranial hematoma shiver transfixion pin.The blood tumor be expulsioned 1/3～1/2,the frequency of underscouring was 2～3 times every day,Liquefying;liquefying agent was urokinase,dos was 30 000 u every time,drainage time was 3～5 days.Results The patients of clinical curing were 36 cases,death was 4 cases.Conclusion It was safety and suitable,less trauma,and good effect that applying YL-Ⅰad un vic encranial hematoma shiver transfixion pin to treat with hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhage.It is a good mean to treat with hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhage in primary level hospital.
