| 摘 要： | 目的提高临床对中耳乳突手术的认识。方法对700例入院行乳突根治术患者的临床资料（手术方式及术中注意事项）进行回顾性研究。结果根据病变范围采取不同的手术方式,痊愈631例,占90.1%。本组病例中胆脂瘤型占绝大多数。结论根据胆脂瘤引起中耳结构破坏的情况,选用不同的术式,术中彻底清除病变,注意保护面神经是手术成功的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To improve clinically recognition of the eardrum-mastoid process operation.Method To study the clinical information of operation mode and notice of 700 patients with eardrum-mastoiditis.By the lesions area,select different operation mode.Result After the operation,631 of patients(90.1% of all patients) were cured.The major of patients were the kind of cholesteatoma.Conclusion The operation-mode must be selected according to the damage form cholesteatoma.The key of succeed operation is to protect the facial nerve. |
