CD62P在结直肠癌患者组织及血浆中的表达

目的：探讨细胞粘附分子ＣＤ６２Ｐ在结直肠癌患者癌组织和血浆中的表达及共临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法检测ＣＤ６２Ｐ在５８例结直肠癌或腺瘤患者的肿瘤组织及１０例正常对照者结直肠粘膜组织中的表达，用酶联免疫吸附测定（ＥＬＩＳＡ）法检测其中２４例患者的血浆ＣＤ６２Ｐ水平。结果：ＣＤ６２Ｐ在结直肠癌组织中的表达显著升高，并与Ｄｕｋｅｓ分期和肿瘤转移明显相关；组织ＣＤ６２Ｐ阳性患者的血浆ＣＤ６２Ｐ水

Expression of CD62P in Tissue and Serum of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Background/Aims: To investigate the tissue and serum CD62P levels in patients with colorectal cancer, and its clinical implication. Methods: In 58 colorectal cancer/adenoma patients and 10 controls,tissue sections were examined by immunohistochemistry (LSAB) to detect the expression of CD62P. In 24 patients, the serum level of CD62P was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results: Tissue CD62P expression was significantly higher in patients with colorectal cancer than that in controls, and was highly correlated with Dukes staging and metastasis. The serum level of CD62P in patients with positive tissue CD62P was significantly higher than that in negative ones.Conclusions: CD62P may serve as a marker of metastasis and prognosis in colorectal cancer.
